If you have ordered from us but have not received an order confirmation, this may be because the e-mail address you entered was incorrect. Please contact our customer service at support@prynd.com for assistance. Here you can ask if we have registered an order for you. We can correct your email address and send you your order confirmation. It is also possible that the order was not completed. Please contact us before you place a new order to avoid duplicate orders.

The shipping time of your order depends on the production process of the items you ordered. In most cases your order will be produced for you personally. As a rule, your order should arrive after 3-5 working days. If you choose an express shipping option we will prioritize your print and usually ship the same day.
After you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation from us with an overview of your order and the associated data. In a further e-mail you will find a link for tracking your order. Depending on the processing status, all relevant information about your delivery status will appear here.
Unfortunately not. We want to create a really great print that reflects the value of your personal creation. Prints from other printers could have a negative influence on the result and might not live up to our quality concept.
At the moment we only offer the classic and popular poster sizes. You should be able to find a frame of your choice at your local dealer without any problems. Please contact us by mail if you would like to make us a suggestion for your desired size.
We try to process your order as soon as possible after receipt so that you will receive your delivery as soon as possible. Therefore, subsequent changes cannot be guaranteed. If you still have made a mistake, please contact support as soon as possible at support@prynd.com and let us know your change requests.
